I have a boarding house and need to install towel rails or hooks depending on the bathroom, some have tiled walls some don’t. I also need coat racks installed on the walls, some walls will be brick and some won’t. This needs to be don’t between 10am and 2 pm when my guests won’t be there. If we can’t access rooms you may need to come back. I’ll like an hourly rate if possible because the scope of work depends on room access. I need an experienced chippy or joiner to do this as it is a hotel.

Interior door was removed briefly to move furniture and put back on, but now it won’t close properly. Door seems slightly misaligned and the latch/strike plate screws are stripped and just spin without tightening. Likely needs door realignment, fixing stripped screw holes (wood filler / dowel / longer screws), and adjusting latch/strike plate so the door closes and locks correctly. Looking for someone with basic handyman / carpentry experience to fix it quickly. NEED IT DONE NOW

The benchtop has cutouts and sealed with poly so just needs a plumber to detach the old sink and tap and replace The drain holes and to tap are in slightly different locations so may need slight calibration but not by much.

The commode seat plate is loose, so need a small fix. 3. There’s a greasy glue substance in the bathroom sink. I’m not sure how to remove it, so need any ideas to fix it. 4. I need a replacement for the outdoor two-way facing light as shown in the image. 5. I also need a replacement for the garden light as shown in the image. It’s an electrical light, not a solar one.
