Need a handyman to fix a door that’s not latching properly at my café (315 Montague St, Albert Park). The bolt latch/strike plate is misaligned and needs realigning or replacing. There’s also some mould around the door frame that needs cleaning. Photos attached. Quick job — should take under an hour.

Hello, I need 8 internal door handles replaced **i have added some photos of the existing handle spots - the doors may need to be drilled to take normal door handles, and I will need advice on which handles to buy.

Existing horizontal metal rod for hanging clothes has come out of the wall. Need it so be reinstalled - will require glue for wood to plaster bonding, drill and screws for drilling into brick wall.
