Hi there, I need a professional to repair a shallow drywall paper tear in my apartment (approx. 5cm wide). A sticky hook accidentally peeled back the paint and the brown paper layer underneath. The job requires: 1 Sealing the exposed brown paper so it doesn't bubble. 2 Skimming with filler/spackle and sanding it perfectly flush with the wall. 3 Colour-matching the wall paint (I can provide a small flake for matching, but I do not have the paint code).

Typical work includes painting and touch-ups, fixtures and fittings, tap mixers, minor fencing and garden repairs, stair nosings, hanging items, patching/sealing and general maintenance.
