At old address (Richmond) take down Samsung Art TV mount, plaster up hole, install mount at new address (East Melbourne, and install curtain rod holders for 4 windows at new address (IKEA, just need to drill/secure into the walls). TV has been moved to new address.

A wall clock fell off and caused damage to the wall, leaving a visible chip/dent in the surface (see attached photo). The area will likely need patching, sanding, and repainting to restore it to a clean finish. Hi, I have a heavy, antique hardwood timber bedframe from marketplace that is attached at each corner by a singular bolt. This causes the side pieces to rotate and is not very secure. I’ve tried securing with a socket wrench and even using a power drill from Bunnings to drill a pilot hole and add a secondary bolt but I wasn’t able to drill the bolt in for some reason and it got stuck. Am looking for a carpenter who might be able to drill in a secondary bolt or another way to secure. Also as an aside, if you can also drill a hole in the wall to hang a print that would be awesome and a bit extra.
