Hello, I’ve replaced the toilet seat a little while ago. It’s gone loose again, can’t seem to get it right. Hoping someone with more knowledge of how to do this can help. Looking for someone to source an appropriate fitting toilet seat and install.

I need door frame and new lock placed on front door

I have 3 large holes I need to replaster, and fix a curtain rail fixed to the wall. The first is in the bathroom, a leak caused a large break in the cieling. I've cut around most the damaged area. The second and third are covering air cavities that are no longer required. See attached photos. The last is a few holes caused by replacing curtains. I'd like these holes repaired and the curtain rail hung.

The blind is stuck on closed

Due to illness, we are needing to find a painter to complete/redo this job. Some sanding and filling and painting. Remove varnish from sliding window frames and two doors and paint matte black. First storey will require a scissor lift. I am needing task completed in next three weeks.
