Looking for someone to complete two small installation jobs in my bedroom, ideally today or tomorrow. 1.Install one ceiling hook for a very lightweight plug-in pendant light in my chosen corner of the ceiling. Please locate a ceiling joist/timber fixing point if possible and securely install the hook. No electrical work required. Please bring a ladder and appropriate tools/fixings. 2. IKEA MULIG clothes rail: Mount the rail securely to the wall. The wall appears to be hard plaster when i knock on it?, so please bring appropriate drill, masonry bits, wall plugs/fixings as required. I have 3 x Curtains to hang in an office. The curtains are HALCYON Acoustic Curtain from Freedom. I do not know how they connect to the hangar/railing, so please review the product on the site and work out how to fix them. The preference is a track system on the roof rather than a curtain rail. Dryer is stacked on top of a washer in a small laundry closet. Need someone to lift the dryer off the washer, install the hose which drains water and put the dryer back on top of the washer. Dryer is heavy.

I need a reliable handyman or locksmith to replace 4 existing internal door handles with new ones. Details: The Hardware: I have already purchased and supplied the new hardware (Lockwood 31-55mm Satin Chrome Entrance Levers). They are brand new and on-site ready to go. The Scope: The doors already have standard handle cutouts which should closely align with the new Lockwood levers. However, I need you to check the fitment first. If they don't line up perfectly, you will need to slightly widen or adjust the existing timber holes/latches so the new hardware sits flush and operates smoothly. Tools needed: Please bring your standard tools, along with a chisel, files, or a drill/hole saw kit just in case minor timber adjustments or latch recess tweaks are required. Timing: Looking to get this done ASAP.
