Needing someone to fix our electric garage door. Motor whirring is humming, but the chain/belt doesn't move when the button is pressed to open it. Could be an internal drive gear issue needing to be fixed.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to inspect and repair a bedroom door that is no longer closing properly. The house recently experienced some minor wall movement which has since been rectified. As a result, the door now appears to be out of alignment (possibly out of plumb) and does not close/latch correctly. I'd like the door, frame, hinges and strike plate assessed and adjusted as required. Also need a latch added to bathroom door in similar style to attached photo. I can provide the privacy latch so just need installation. Could you please let me know your availability and an indication of call-out and repair costs?

Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.
