This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.

One side of our curtain bracket has come off the rail (photos attached). The bracket may need to be re-secured. Looking for someone with the tools and experience to do a clean and safe job. The curtain and rail are still in good condition — just need proper repair.

We had a water leak in our bathroom wall that was discovered and repaired after a bathroom renovation in November 2023. Skirting board along the wall has warped/developer damaged as it has dried out. This needs to be replaced. Small linen cupboard at end of the wall has plaster damage to bottom shelf and floor has been damaged since we moved in - area also has a musty smell. Would like to repair the wall and add a floor patch/cover board. Few losses of plaster/paint in the hall area that need to be patched up.

We require installation of a BORG MECHANICAL DIGITAL DOOR LOCK WITH BACK TO BACK EASICODE PRO KEYPADS MARINE GRADE PRO - Lock to be installed on a external gate The gate has a steel frame With vertical timber panels. The rear of the gate is currently covered with a 3 mm metal sheet (shown in white) which will need to be cut out for the lock. The lock at the Front will require some of the timber panels to be cut out This job is for someone with significant experience in installation of locks and who is also handy and can cut out some of the timber panelling and metal sheeting from the rear We will also require a drop bolt to secure one of the gate doors

The top long hinge needs to be replaced / repaired.

Fly wire is torn. 1170mm wide x 1180mm high. But don't 100% trust my measuring. I often get it wrong The work needs to be done from the inside as it is an outward opening window. See images

Pool box lid has come off. There are some rusty hinges and screws and a few missing pieces of timber. So replace missing battens, replace/reattach hinges. Overall, main box and lid are in reasonable condition. Would like to explore possibility of installing gas lift hinges.

Fit and install new door and frame including handles and hinges

The balcony is around 6 sqm and gets leaking. Need water proofing, tiling and a bit plaster/painting works and carpentry works

1. Remove a full-length mirror that has been affixed to the wall (we had this done when the kids were toddlers as a safety precaution, and now we can’t remove it!) 2. Plaster/patch up/sand the wall - in the process of removing the mirror the wall may be damaged, so will need this fixed. 3. Finally, we’d also love you to hang a new mirror - not affixed to the wall this time!

Brick fence above mailbox fell down. I tired to fix it but the mortar dried before I could set it back down. The top part weighs probably 150kg and would need to be lifted around 1.8m

I have a little attic backing onto my daughter’s bedroom and I would like to investigate the possibility of knocking out the wall and putting in a sunken bed. Someone with structural knowledge who can tell me if it’s doable and to then give me a quote!
