We have a downpipe as pictured that gets noisy at night when it’s raining from the drips that hit the bend. The door to my kitchen has become detached to a wooden frame that is attached via hinges. The hinges and frame are intact. The door appears to be a hollow-core internal door and the hinge-side timber stile has separated from the door skin. You can see the cardboard honeycomb inside. I'm hoping for a repair rather than replacement

We have double glazed windows in our bedrooms but I’m noticing a small gap between the window and the plaster.
