I need a handyman to assist with getting a property ready for sale. Task re-opened as initially appointed Tasker did not respond in a timely manner. The work involves a variety of things. I do not expect the Handyman to be able to do all of them, but preference will be given to the most versatile and competent person/team. Please quote for 1 hour initially. This will be for a visit and firming up of a quotation for the work you are able to assist with. The list of work includes: Tiling - Minor - 2 showers and a bar top Painting - Minor works to ceiling in two places Plumbing - Roof - Make waterproof a small section of tiles on first storey. Adjust a gutter and spout on second storey to prevent overflow. Flooring - complete an incomplete floating floor installation. Install door thresholds/covers Electrical - review all lights and wiring. Make changes, if possible. Doors - install new front and rear doors and fly screens. Fix garage roller door.
