This needs repairing. I think the whole wall needs stripping and then plain paper to cover the wall but open to suggestions. Hole is currently approx 1.2m x 1M. Entire wall to the door frame is 2.1M x 2.4m.

The point on the sink where the plastic pipe joins has broken and the whole plug needs replacing id suspect

Kitchen sink blocked. Have had tree roots growing in to the terracotta pipes previously.. this was fixed 6 months ago so not sure if tree roots would be the issue this time around

Patch a hole in ceiling from a moved light fitting (approx size of 20 cent piece, plus screw holes) and holes + dents from moving towel hooks in 2 bathrooms (approx 30mm by 20mm). No painting.
