Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. Garage requires replacing missing plasterboard in ceiling, cornice, plastering and painting. Not: Paining not required for the entire house, only newly plastered areas.
