Window Repair & Resealing Required I'm looking for an experienced glazier or window repair specialist to complete the following work on one of my windows: Replace the broken window glass with a safer alternative (please supply and install suitable safety glass if required). Replace or repair all deteriorated window seals around the entire window to improve insulation and energy efficiency. Repair or replace the damaged external fly screen. Please refer to the attached photos showing: The broken glass. The degraded window seals. The damaged fly screen. Budget is indicative. Please quote for compliant safety-glass replacement, complete remeshing of the existing flyscreen, and replacement of all deteriorated glazing rubbers/weather seals across the full window assembly. I have a new security/screen door already purchased and ready to install at the front of my house. The existing aluminium reveal frame is older and has a lot of previous screw holes, and is likely too shallow for the new door. Because of this, the installer may need to either reinforce, overlay, or replace the aluminium reveal/jamb so the door can be mounted correctly, catch properly, and clear the main timber door hardware. This is not a straight “screw it on” job, some framing/retrofit work is almost certainly be required. Budget was for labour only. Materials (aluminium angle/flat bar or timber reveal, fixings, seals, etc.) will be paid separately if required. Looking for someone experienced with security door or screen door installs.

We have installed a new sink and it blocked the door hinge. We need to adjust the hinge height to install the door. That requires to cut a hole on the inside of the door to re-position the hinge to a lower point to install the door.

Cellular blind/honeycomb winder mechanism broken. Tried fixing myself but cannot solve! The pulley system keeps slipping. 2 x blinds need repair. These are an older style of blinds and have apparently been replaced by newer model (I called original manufacturer/supplier of these and they no longer retail this model).

A tradie built this hot tub frame but messed up the job by 1cm so it is not compliant with the rules. Need to remove the tub and build it up by 2cm and ensure there are no footholds as well as place some wood down on the fence barrier as that is too low as well. I can be on hand to help lift the hot tub, it is 250kg empty and an awkward lift!

I need 3 doorknobs with keys

We need someone to install 2 cat doors (will need own jigsaw or similar) and three towel racks at our place. Cat doors and towel racks pictured. Places of installation also pictured. Also screw three small hooks into tile. Job needs to be on a Wednesday or weekend from 21st of June please.
