We've recently moved into an older place and need some help with three doors. - 1x trifold door has fallen off hinges and needs to be reinstalled - 1x door in bedroom jams and needs to be shaved down -1x front screen door squeaks and jams, unsure of what repair is required. We would also like an additional door to be installed between the sun room and kitchen but unsure of what kind or the cost so happy to discuss further once you have assessed.

Back of house, undercover area by our pool essentially floods during rain as a drain from our flat roof spills down into that area. Ideally the drain should spill into the pool, looking for someone to extend the pipe slightly so it runs into pool. Happy to be guided. As per pics /videos, there should be enough space to get a long ladder right by the pool. Soaking our dogs bed /our dog and driving me mad the way it's been designed and that the previous owners never sorted it out.
