Task Title: Fix/enlarge door frame mortise for Aqara smart lock strike plate Job Description: Need an experienced handyman or carpenter to enlarge the timber mortise/recess on an internal door frame to fit a new Aqara smart lock strike plate. What needs to be done: Chisel/widen the outer recess so the new strike plate sits completely flush with the frame. Deepen/enlarge the inner pocket so the latch extends and retracts smoothly without sticking. Fill old screw holes if needed, pre-drill, and securely fasten the new strike plate. Details: Door frame is standard timber (painted). I have the new strike plate and lock ready to go. Please bring your own wood chisels, drill/bits, or rotary tool.

We urgnetly need as handyman that can put up our Neon sign up at our restaurant, Previous sticker sign will need to be removed.
