I need someone to securely install and bolt my new fireproof safe to a concrete floor in my home. The safe is already assembled and ready to install. Please bring your own hammer drill and masonry drill bits. I can pay separately for the concrete anchor bolts if needed.

Window needs a new flyscreen

I need help fixing some cracks starting to appear around a sink and another one around my ceiling. Two sets of pictures below. One for ceiling and one for set for sink. Also need these additoinal tasks 1) WIndow decals removed from the inside. Most of the one on the right has been removed. Repair blinds, fit a blackout blind in a bedroom

Fly screen in front door screen door, and kitchen window need replacing. I have measured both already, so just need someone to purchase in the required lengths for me and install into both door and window. The design on both is the same with a rubber piece that runs around the frame holding the fly screen in place. I am immunosuppressed so need you to wear a mask in the house which I'll hand you at the door ( you don't need to bring one with you).

Needing to have either a mirrored sheet put back in or a plain gloss white sheet. I have the frame, wheel sliders and the rubber moulding strip

Looking for a handyman to complete some tidy up jobs after some renos at the start of the year around my house in Glendale. Jobs include: - Simple tiling splash back for kitchen - Putting architraves on 5 windows - Installing curtain rods on 4 windows, moving one set of blinds from lounge window to kitchen window (very quick jobs) - Patching a small hole on the roof - Tidying up a study after renovations e.g. some plaster board on a small part of the wall after a door was moved etc. Happy to pay $50 per hour.

Water come through the plaster boards below the windows soaking the carpet which has now become mouldy. Destroying my dining table and lounge etc. then in my kidss bedrooms there was rain/flood water that come in, my kids bedroom windows even though the windows were shut. Which has caused the carpet to become mouldy. I need carpets cleaned if not ripped up and replaced and the board fixed under the lounge room window as the board is now all rotten. And also the kids windows to be sealed properly so rain cant xome in Can someone do me a rough quote

Supply and Install plaster board and cornice to room in home 3.65 x 3.30 x 2.50H approx. Room has 3 door ways and 1 window. ( hard wood frame home) Also install timber trims to room . Previous wall lining and cornice has been removed from walls, ceiling plaster board still in place . Would be looking to start late June or Early July .
