Price negotiable - Water damaged/rotten internal wooden frame box for window needs replacing/repairing. - Assess the external window and repair/replace any weatherboard pieces that may be letting water in. - Repair water damaged gyprock wall (and potentially paint) I will add more photos of the damage shortly. The first photo is of the outside of the house, with the black arrow pointing to the affected window. The red circle is where there is a high moisture reading on the inside of the wall. The second photo is the window box that needs repairing, with the red circle indicating where the damage to the box is. I need a handyman for two small repairs: Window flyscreen repair – The flyscreen mesh has come loose from the frame at the bottom and side. It needs to be reattached or replaced and secured properly. Wall damage repair – There is a hole/dent in the wall near the skirting board (see photo). It needs to be patched, filled, sanded smooth, and repainted to match the existing wall colour. Both are small jobs. Ground floor access for the window. Please bring your own tools and materials (including mesh if replacement is needed and matching paint if possible). Looking for someone experienced who can fix it neatly.

3 x wall panels installed 2400mm x 600mm. May need 50mm cut from each due to skirting. The panels are from wallpanels.com.au and are oak/black if you want to have a look as ours are still in the box. The wall is is a clean painted flat wall that they would be installed on.

Door handles have been purchased so equipment and transport to location (Mount Hutton nsw) is only required to do this job. Preferred times is Tues from 4pm, lunchtime Wed or after 4pm Wed.
