The first photo is of the outside of the house, with the black arrow pointing to the affected window. The red circle is where there is a high moisture reading on the inside of the wall. I need a handyman for two small repairs: Window flyscreen repair – The flyscreen mesh has come loose from the frame at the bottom and side. It needs to be reattached or replaced and secured properly. Wall damage repair – There is a hole/dent in the wall near the skirting board (see photo). It needs to be patched, filled, sanded smooth, and repainted to match the existing wall colour. Both are small jobs. Ground floor access for the window. Please bring your own tools and materials (including mesh if replacement is needed and matching paint if possible). Looking for someone experienced who can fix it neatly.
