Basic painting touch up’s (paint is onsite), patch some small holes (largest is attached), the rests will be very small or just little dents. You will need to supply filler and paint equipment. They are only minor scuffs and dents from wheelchairs. 3. Refit and tighten 2 toilet seats. Photos attached. They are not broken. Just require adjustment. Please also adjust other toilet seats. Also allow 30 mins checking the house for other loose items. General maintenance check. I will allow 4 hours for this job.
