Previous attempts to fix the sagging door have only temporarily fixed the issue. The hinge screws are now spinning and I'm not sure whether the door frame needs replacing. This is a AirBnB property, so we need to it repaired on Thursday 13th February post guest checkout after 10am.

We need some fly screens replaced ie built with new ones (3 small windows) some curtains hung x3 and mirrors hung x2. Not even a few hours work.

I have 1 x 1800mm wide, 2100mm drop to be installed and if possible shortened as the window is 1800mm x 1800mm. The other is 1800mm wide also, not sure of the drop. I installed it myself and it fell down so I need it to be put back up and made secure and possibly shortened. The third item is and extendable curtain rail 2200mm-3300mm that just needs to be put together and installed. - Due date: Flexible

I am about to finish a renovation but a few tasks left. I need one handyman to help me for a few days for a daily rate. I still have some of the builder's tools there but better to have your own. At the end of the day, we will stop at a storage and I need a hand loading a few pieces of items to my car to empty a storage at Woy Woy. I am not sure exactly how many days I will need help but I am guessing 3. Tasks include, a few furniture repairs, paint, setting up furniture, hanging paintings, repairing the fallen wood pieces on the driveway, hanging TV... Some tasks might require creativity. Meet at Pearl Beach at 10 AM and finish at 5PM. I am flexible with the days but have to finish the job within a week. There are a few more tasks you can help me with if you are local at central coast. I will also need a gardener to prune and cut some trees, cleaners to clean after we finish. - Due date: Flexible
