This internal wall in our converted garage room needs plastering (gyprock). We need someone who has previous experience. The size of the wall is 3310 x 2430

installing posts/supports, attaching the decorative screen panels, extending the existing screening/fence section, and reusing the existing corrugated iron where possible. Must have own maintenance business or can build.

I need a handyman to fill in a few holes in gyprock and paint over the top. Other few small around the house jobs also

Need a handyman to install 1 roller blind in our shopfront window in Umina. The blind has already been purchased from Spotlight and only requires the brackets to be mounted and the blind fitted. The mounting surface is an aluminium shopfront frame. Some sections appear solid behind the aluminium, while others appear hollow, so ideally we’re looking for someone with experience installing blinds or mounting fixtures to metal frames. Perfect odd job for a working or retired handyman. Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools (drill, drill bits, level, etc). Straightforward job. I have two 2m wide roller blinds that need to be installed into the Gyprock wall. Additionally install 2 curtain rods into same walls at ceiling height about 2.2 m. Wall frame is steel.

Move Awning from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana. Dismantle, move and reinstall awning and side privacy wall. We need a team to dismantle an awning over a deck. This includes 4.3m wide x 3.8m colourbond roof. You'll also need to dismantle the support beams 2.4m at highest point and 2.2m high at lowest end. The side privacy panels also need to move. (2.4m x 3.8m) The materials then need to be transported from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana (25min drive). At Copacabana this then needs to reassembled. The house at Ettalong Beach is single level on a flat block. The house at Copacabana is on a sloped block but all access will be through the road level access. This needs to be removed from the Ettalong Beach house before 2nd February (the house is being demolished). Let me know what other information you need and what is your fair competitive offer.
