"Hi there, I’m looking for a quote to fix a ceiling collapse at my property in Umina Beach. Someone accidentally stepped off a joist in the attic and put their foot through. Quite a large section fell down. No water damage, just structural impact. Looking to get a plasterboard patch done (happy to do the final painting myself to save time/costs if preferred).

This internal wall in our converted garage room needs plastering (gyprock). We need someone who has previous experience. The size of the wall is 3310 x 2430

I need a handyman to fill in a few holes in gyprock and paint over the top. Other few small around the house jobs also

The main construction is done, now there is a list of "small stuff" to finish off, like: - Put up some wall paneling - Last bit of cornicing - Sand back some plaster filler - Touch up some paint (internal) - Put up the new curtain rods / curtains - Attach the bathroom fixtures (towel rack, etc) - Some random 'finishing' type things Small things, but a long list of them. After an hourly rate to budget batches of the list as we go.

Around the door trim we need plastered. We have removed a door frame and no longer require one.

Gyprock Setting 4m x 6m granny flat plus 2 x vaulted ceilings. Beadings, mesh, corners. Base and top coat. Materials supplied.

We are renovating a garage in our garden. We have someone that is doing the gyprocking but doesn’t want do the setting. 5m x 6m space. 8 x walls & a ceiling. Supply and install base coat, top coat and beadings. Plus Sanding. 2 or 3 days works maximum. Timbers being done next week, photos to follow.

A hole was cut in laundry ceiling to access & repair leaking water pipe. This hole (in gyprock) needs repair/replacement.

A water leak in the bathroom has caused damage to my gyprock and I need to get it re gyprocked and painted . - Due date: Before Wednesday, 17 January 2024

We removed an exhaust fan from the kitchen and there is a 24cm diameter hole that needs fixing before the painter comes through.
