Price negotiable - Water damaged/rotten internal wooden frame box for window needs replacing/repairing. - Assess the external window and repair/replace any weatherboard pieces that may be letting water in. - Repair water damaged gyprock wall (and potentially paint) I will add more photos of the damage shortly. The first photo is of the outside of the house, with the black arrow pointing to the affected window. The red circle is where there is a high moisture reading on the inside of the wall. The second photo is the window box that needs repairing, with the red circle indicating where the damage to the box is.
