I have removed skirting boards in two rooms to allow for installation of power points. This has resulted in some damage to plaster. Some smaller areas of plaster remain drummy and may also need removing. Job is to apply plaster to all missing sections ready for painting and reinstallation of skirting board (Not part of task). I will ensure all deep holes are filled to brickwork level with sand cement. Water and power are available. Trades to bring materials, tools and equipment.
