I need eight (8) vinyl floor tiles replaced on my floor. I have spare tiles to use so I will supply them. You can see the current tiles in the photos and the way they are laid. There’s scratch and scrape marks on eight (8) of the tiles. Please see photos for the type of tiles that will be installed and the instructions for them.

I have an issue with the bathroom floor tiles. Grout has deteriorated, tiles are now loose and likely causing leaking. Only 3 of the tiles are actually loose. One is particularly bad. Providing I can get a near match on the tiles I would be happy with this this option. If this is possible I would also like to re-grout the entire floor to prevent recurrence. Have no idea of cost. There are three rows of missing tiles on my bathroom wall. Need a tiled to patch the tiles under and behind the mirror cabinet. These are standard white gloss tiles that are 20cm x 19.5cm. I don’t have spare tiles so it will need to be provided as part of the job.

The tile trim at the front door of our rental unit has come unstuck. It requires the removal of the old adhesive and a re-attachment. The trim does not need to be replaced. Easy job which I would normally do myself but I am away and need it done ASAP. The property manager will provide access. Need to provide your own adhesive and any other materials.
