Cracked and broken floor tiles located underneath deep fryers need to be replaced as water pools in the cavities. Refer picture just posted. Floor area is underneath our deep fryers and is in a regularly wet state. We can arrange for the floor area to be kept dry from the prior evening but will need 24 hours notice of job commencement.

Apartment Bathroom 1. Remove mouldy sealant around the bath and vanity. That is, all top sides of bath and where front of bath joins the floor. Make good the adjoining grout (in white) to say two tiles above sealant. Do not regrout the whole bathroom. See pics 5191, 5192 and 5197. Apartment Bathroom 2. Remove existing sealant and replace with new light GREY waterproof sealant on the three sides of the shower, that is between the walls and the floor. See pic 5199. No need to regrout floor tiles. Supply all tools and materials; remove rubbish.
