We have a top balcony deck in the apartment and some tiles are damaged. We need someone to remove damaged tiles (either just damaged tiles or the whole row of tiles), waterproof underneath and put new tiles in. There is also a raised section covered in dark blue paint on the photo. We would like for the edge of this raise section of tiles to be nicely covered by an aluminium or plastic corner. We would like for someone to come, have a look and quote. We are flexible with price, because we are not sure how many tiles need to be removed and how the raised edge of tiles can be covered.

Re-silicon some of the dirty silicon around shower stalls, including potentially replacing silicon flap on inside shower door, regrout some (or all?) bathroom tiles (they are large and mostly in good condition), re-grout OR silicon join in kitchen bench (granite). Also wondering if you can resilicon around a sink in 2nd bathroom ( I listed another job for this, but wasn't sure how best to do it as there is some water damage in the face board underneath. Will add 2 pics for this. The 2 bathrooms are in pretty good nick, I don't know if you can just regrout the sections that need it or if you need to match the grout colour and do it all.
