Handyman required for a few hours to assist with replacing some clip on flooring tiles and other odd jobs. Happy to pay hourly rate of ~$40

Assist with replacing ikea floor tiles. Involves removing old tiles, cleaning underneath and replacing with new tiles. All materials and tools onsite. Approx 3-4hours of work

The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Not sure how to secure the fixings in to the splash back - may need liquid nails as well to secure shelf?

Two holes from an old towel rack need to be fixed and blended so that they are unnoticeable. Have had this done before in our spare bathroom, and it was amazing - but our lady has moved overseas. Shouldn’t take longer than an hour. Holes the size of a 5-10 cent piece.

A tile is broken in our balcony, we need to fix that

Hi I am looking for someone to regrout my balcony with white grout. Area is approximately 14sqm.

The tile is a fully vitrified ceramic floor tile with a structurder surface to resemble slate. It has suffered damage from a blunt instrument. The job entails removing the broken bits of tile, filling the hole with colour matched grout (black) to a smooth finish and cleaning any overspill off surrounding tiles. The property is tenanted and access would need to be arranged with them.

Need a tiler to tile the walls and floor. The floor tile doesnt need to be removed, instead we need concrete screed on top as currently its not flat and want to install toilet on top. Location at Alexandria. Also available on weekends too. Will need advice on buying tiles too. Thanks

Regrout shower base 900mm x 900mm. - Remove old/broken grout - place new grout (beige epoxy) - clean-up and remove all debris. Provide all tools and appropriate grout. Neat, careful work only. Must be experienced. Must be completed on Tuesday April 8. See photos (note shower is not dirty, that is old sealer from a previous (bad) repair.)
