To replace Vinyl in 2 toilets with 300x300mm tiles and 150x300 skirting on the side. Remove current toilet pans so that they can sit on new tiles. The floor dimensions of the toilets are as follows: Guest Wing toilet : 192cm x 102cm Guest Room : 1600cm x 1900cm

My bathroom floor needs regrouting. Area of about 8 sqm. Not sure if old grout has to be removed but I can see some of it has come off. My shower cubicle’s silicon strips also need to be replaced. I already have the tools and materials.

Balcony is 1670mm x 5660mm = 9.4562 square meters. We will purchase the tiles. If preferred, we can also purchase all the other materials. Or if you prefer, you can provide the other materials (e.g. Tile Adhesive, Tile Spacers, Grout, Sealer), and include that in your price.

Thin waterproof membrane over c.6sqm in small bathroom to be removed. Tiles already off but tile adhesive still there. Membrane lies behind the tile adhesive, just need the membrane gone. Membrane is thin - see picture.

Hi there I am looking to get my apartment's small bathroom floor re-screeded with necessary falls as required by law for shower/wet areas. And then for this floor area to be waterproofed and tiled with supplied tiles. Bathroom floor area is around 4.8m2. In its current state as per picture there's still some screed and tiIes remaining. I would remove all that's left to give a clean slate. Happy to take some guidance on best approach. Budget amount is negotiable. Looking to have someone remove the top layer of tiles and replace with new white tiles that are 30 cm X 30 cm and also add a line of tiles above the new tiles. The top layer of tiles would need to be cut to fit under the kitchen cabinet. Also, tiles will be supplied, but everything else will need to be provided. White tile grout will be needed to match kitchen tiles.

3 x 900mm tiles need laying. 2 x tiles need a straight cut I don't have adhesive as don't know which to buy.
