Find a professional tiler in Subiaco

We have a staircase seen in the photo (16 steps) which will have the flooring ripped off and cleaned back to bare concrete as you can also see underneath. That will already be done for you. Then we need you to tile the steps, we have 200x1200mm wood look porcelain tiles seen attached however I am trying to get 300x1200 bullnose allowing 1 piece per tread and riser (we also have the glue, grout and silicone). Steps are 985mm wide, each riser is around 180mm high and the step tops are about 290mm. As well as grouting in between the tiles, but then silicone against the wall. No silicone needed the handrail side, can grout there. Cut around the handrail feet as they will remain bolted in. We need someone who will do it well, make sure it's strong and will last. You will need to show us you have public liability insurance and give us an invoice with your ABN when done. Please send availability when making your offer

Looking to use white glossy square tiles throughout (similar in size to attached photo). Thanks.

Tiles in a small outdoor pool to be replaced

I have the vinyl floor boards (water proof) to lay in two bathrooms Bathroom one (downstairs) - pictured in white; is all one room, with one drain plug and toilet. There are two doors to this bathroom, one connects to carpet and the other to floors boards. There will need to be some finishing .// joining at these points. Bathroom two (upstairs) - pitcured in black also has a toilet, but is access via a door. this room has two drain plugs. I am seeking an experienced vinyl floor layer to prepare, prime, screed, lay the flooring and finish. The tiles are flat and not damaged. I don't assume any underlay is required. Both rooms are approx 15sqm . I have painted over the tiles.

Hi there I am looking to get my apartment's small bathroom floor re-screeded with necessary falls as required by law for shower/wet areas. And then for this floor area to be waterproofed and tiled with supplied tiles. Bathroom floor area is around 4.8m2. In its current state as per picture there's still some screed and tiIes remaining. I would remove all that's left to give a clean slate. Happy to take some guidance on best approach. Budget amount is negotiable. Reach out for further clarification and thanks for any responses! -Guy
