How to redeem?
Post your task for anything you need done
Review Taskers and choose the best offer for the job. Apply your gift card code along with any payment details required.
Payment is held in escrow until you and the Tasker mark that the task is complete
Payment is released to the Tasker, and reviews can be left to help improve the Airtasker marketplace.
How to check the gift card balance?
Please email [email protected] with your gift card code number and email connected to your Airtasker account.
How will I receive the code?
After you buy the gift card, the gift card payment confirmation and gift card code will be emailed to you via the email provided at purchase.
Can I buy a physical card?
Not at this stage, we only offer digital gift cards that are emailed to the individual making the gift card purchase. You can then share with the intended recipient in your preferred method.
I haven’t received my gift card. Can you help?

I’ve lost my gift card. Can you resend it?
Unfortunately, Airtasker is not responsible for any Airtasker gift card that is lost or stolen, including electronic gift cards where an incorrect email address has been used by the purchaser.
What happens if a task gets cancelled?
The amount is returned to the same gift card code. Airtasker gift cards are not transferable, not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Australian Airtasker Gift Cards are denominated in Australian dollars and are valid for redemption at Airtasker.com. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including electronic gift cards where an incorrect email address has been used by the purchaser. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be redeemed across multiple transactions prior to the expiry date. Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of issue.
