surface restoration of 6m timber deck including steps, external posts/stumps & siding. fix bouncing subframe and replacing boards if required.

I need two verandah decks cleaned and stained. One is out the front of the house, other is directly above (internal access). The bottom one needs to be covered while upstairs is being stained (someone will be on site to assist with that). Does not require sanding. All supplies and equipment will be provided (pressure washer, washing liquids, brush, water based decking oil, decking oil applicator). Bench seats and pot plants will be moved prior to the job. Only time constraint is noisy parts (pressure wash) must be done around twin toddler nap (over lunch). Happy for it to be done over two days, however need the downstairs deck finished within one day (only pram access). Approximate dimensions are 1.45m x 9.6m, plus downstairs has door nook 1.2m x 0.6m and single step.

Seeking a 3x6m (approx.) deck built with a storage bench in my courtyard. It will be built on concrete. I am after eco composite decking. If possible, I would also like to extend the decking up a wall where we can hang plants.

Sand and stain Merbau deck, steps and landscaping merbau edges. They are in good condition. Task is to Sand and remove current coating or use wood paint stripper instead of sanding. Screw down any loose boards with missing deck screws (just few I have noticed), apply wood rejuvenation treatment to remove greying. After that 2 coats of topcoat. I can supply Intergrain for topcoat. Later there can be task for backyard deck restain potentially.

I have a small deck-approx 4m x.95m wide - 13.5 boards which needs to have the nails (which are popping up) replaced with decking screws (which I’ve bought). Currently there are 9 x 2 nails in each board. I need someone who has experience with decks. Located in Camberwell

We had a new composite deck installed in 2022. We had an umbrella base anchored to the concrete underneath the deck, with the umbrella top sitting on top. The weight of the umbrella is bowing the composite deck that it sits on, so am wanting a larger hole drilled so it isn't sitting on the deck, but through a hole. Sorry, it's hard to explain without seeing it. So ideally I am wanting someone who is experienced with composite decking I stalls.
