Needing someone to build a deck area. Materials supplied but we do need someone who knows what they are doing and can prove previous experience.

Clean & Oil Timber Deck Looking for someone to clean up and oil my timber deck. The job includes: * Sweep and remove leaves, dirt and debris. * Scrub the deck to clean it and prepare it for oiling. * Apply 2 coats of decking oil for a nice, even finish. I have two deck areas of approx. 70-80sqm, two smaller deck landings, and some stairs. The stairs are two flights of approx. 6 treads. They have been previously coated with Intergrain water based oil. I'd like them pepped with the appropriate deck wash product and two coats applied to the surfaces.

Decking is about 20m2, it's wrongly painted with grey colour decking oil. This job is sanding the Deck to remove the oil based paint.
