Looking for a licensed tradesperson to build a pergola and decking at my home. Pargola is aprox 13 square meters and decking is aprox 15 square meters.

Timber decking around the pool has become frail and unstable. Several boards are deteriorated, and at least one plank is loose and moves when stepped on, creating a safety hazard—especially in wet conditions. I need a skilled tradesperson to help complete an outdoor BBQ and cooking station on my deck. The deck itself is being built by another contractor, and the flooring and back wall (at bench height) will already be in place. Key Requirements: • Total station length: 5 meters. • Build weatherproof outdoor cabinetry under a bench area. This includes: • Two sets of drawers: each set with 2 small drawers and 1 large drawer. • Remaining space: double-door cupboards for storage. • Install a weatherproof outdoor kitchen benchtop on top of the cabinetry. • Make cutouts for and install: • A 6-burner built-in LPG BBQ. • A 4-burner LPG gas cooktop (approx. 60 cm wide). • A sink (800 mm x 450 mm x 250 mm deep). • Run plumbing for the sink: connect to nearby water line and drainage (sewerage is close by). • The BBQ and gas cooktop will be LPG compatible, so no gas line work is needed. LPG cylinders will sit inside the cupboards. Materials Provided: • I will supply the BBQ, cooktop, sink, and tap. You Provide: • All cabinetry materials (weatherproof and outdoor-suitable). • Construction of cupboards, drawers, and bench. • Installation and fitting of all elements. • Plumbing for the sink (water in and out). I have 2 small decks - 4sqm and 8 Sqm. I would like them cleaned and oiled with 2 coats. I have all the materials - cleaner, cleaning broom, aqua deck and applicator. It should only take a few hours on a hot day due to using aqua deck. If you prefer a full day’s work, that can be negotiated with other odd jobs
