Ensuite – Bathtub Removal & Shower Conversion • Remove the bathtub in the ensuite. • Convert the space into a functional shower area. • Complete waterproofing (if required) and re-tile to match existing finishes. 3. Laundry – Repairs, Compliance & Certification • Fix and properly set up the washing machine area. • Install laundry cabinetry correctly (currently sitting on bricks). • fixing the gap between the wall and ceiling. 5. Decking – Ramp Construction & Safety Enclosure • Remove the existing step and construct a continuous ramped decking. • Install compliant handrails. • Enclose the decking with a barrier/handrail approximately 1.5m high (or as per safety requirements). 6. Fencing – Boundary & Safety Improvements • Install a section of Colorbond fencing along the left side of the house to enclose the area (1.2 m - exact length to be confirmed onsite). • Increase the height of fencing in the play area corner next to the neighbour, as it is currently too low.

Revamp front entry way by replacing existing landing deck and stairs (3) adding a larger deck and more stairs. UPDATE Plan is for two decks and a mini deck Deck A is 2m x 3m and will have two large stairs down. We need a wire balustrade installed by someone who has done the task before. The timber deck is 3m x 6m and we will purchase the wire and poles for installation. (I have entered a budget for the install as I had to - am unsure how much this will cost)

Hi there! I am looking for someone to install mouse mesh underneath a deck that is open (to stop snakes and critters getting in, and keep my small dogs out). It will need to be installed in a way that can be removed, as it's a rental (using staple gun?), and either have the bottom of the wire dug into the ground a bit or sloped outward to stop things pushing underneath it. Mouse mesh will be supplied, and some tools (including a staple gun) will be available to use as well. The total lenghth of the deck is roughly 13 metres, and there are a couple of more fiddly sections (under the stairs) to deal with. Thanks :)

Strip paint from deck and plain varnish. Deck is about 3000 x 4000 and covered. Nails in a deck that may make sanding difficult. I have half a bucket of varnish.
