Existing wooden decking on upstairs patio is old and needs replacing. The floor space is 4.5m x 1.3m, plus the door threshold. The job involves: - providing all materials. - removal of existing decking - attaching 2 new joists to existing joists (that are slightly rotten on top). - install new decking (either pine or marabou). - install a new cover over the bulkhead (to cover worn paint and conduit - see final photo). - clean up and take all waste from the job.

Some weather decking boards replaced and patching up of some areas. Looking for low cost options!

My outdoor downstairs deck needs to be sanded before it is re-oiled, due to a mixup in the initial colour of the oil. It is in good condition, but there are some vertical walls that also need to be sanded, and about 15 stairs. The total area is about 130 m². I will pay for the cost of the hire of the sander, in addition to the paper cost.
