My outdoor downstairs deck needs to be sanded before it is re-oiled, due to a mixup in the initial colour of the oil. It is in good condition, but there are some vertical walls that also need to be sanded, and about 15 stairs. The total area is about 130 m². I will pay for the cost of the hire of the sander, in addition to the paper cost.

Sand and stain iron bark steps and posts. Deck has greyed and needs a belt sand. The top run was started. Posts have been sanded with 40 grit but need a smoother finish before staining

Tiles are 600x 600 and need laid well onto back decking area which is concrete! It’s is about 4.8 metre length x 9.4 deep so probably cuts along I edge length? The decking has ramp angle going up it is clear and straight forward for some one good at laying tiles! I have tiles and can purchase other materials as required?

Wooden decking X 2 Approximately 4metres squared Wooden deck needs to be oiled. Before oil is applied all protruding nails need to be hammered back in. Clean deck then apply 1-2 coats of decking oil. The decking oil and tools will be provided.
