Hello, I have a small outside deck (3m x 5m) that is 6 years old, Merbau timber and has been stained a few times by a few different handymen. I just want it sanded back and oiled but not stained. I don’t need it done until Nov as I’m going overseas. And I need someone who is reliable and who returns phone calls or text messages and shows up when they say they will! Thank you! 😃

I would like to get two timber decks (2.35m x 5.25m and 4.5m x 7.5m) stained. I would also like to see if it is possible to get the timber in two roof gables stained.

We need our back deck sanded and oiled. It’s a 30sqm deck with two timber steps at the bottom. We can provide the oil if need. This kwila deck is in good condition (see photos) but hasn't been oiled for 2-3 years. The scope is: 1. Remove and replace about 1 metre of decayed battens with H4 treated timber and refix affected decking. 2. Clean and re-oil the entire front and back deck of house. (Approx 30m2 total). Use good quality cleaner and 2 coats of decking oil. Would prefer a quote on the job after site inspection to ensure it is a fair price for the work involved and to include the cost of all materials. Must be an experienced handiman in this type of work.
