My product is a 9mm Laminate flooring planks, area about 45 to 50 m2 as it is 3 bedrooms & wardrobe floor I need it installed. I bought this new house only 5 years ago, just want to change from carpet to hard flooring, kindly see picture attached, these floors need expansion gap so scotia will be needed to avoid removing & re-installing skirting boards.

Hi we have a few handyman jobs

Screw 12x 7mm plywood sheets (1200mm x 400mm) into framing timber on ceiling (approx 3m high). 2 of these sheets may need to be cut slightly shorter. Then will need to glue carpet and staple onto ceiling above indoor golf simulator in 1x bay for the time being. Will look at carpeting 6x more bays once this job is completed. It is important this is done properly, as is customer facing. Quality workmanship essential. Plywood, glue, brush, screws ad ladder provided. BYO drill (if required), impact driver and circular saw with saw bench etc

We would like the paint removed from the inside cement floor of our house and epoxy flooring. The previous owners have painted the floor as there may be ghosting due to the floor being tiled in another lifetime. We are hoping epoxy flooring is a way to mitigate the ghosting effect. I will post a picture of the areas we are wanting the work performed. We can be flexible with time and ideally would like this done asap. We can move out whilst the process is being undertaken.
