Kitchen & Back Bar Area - Supply and install commercial-grade, non-slip sheet vinyl flooring (preferred) OR suitable commercial non-slip floor tiles. - Flooring must be waterproof, durable, easy to clean and suitable for a commercial food premises. - Include appropriate sealing, edge treatments, coving where required, and necessary waterproofing. - Installation must meet applicable City of Perth food premises requirements. 3. Additional Requirements - All materials, flooring products, adhesives and consumables included. - Complete installation, including labour and equipment. - Subfloor preparation and levelling where necessary. - Removal/disposal of existing flooring if required. - All finishing, sealing, trims and transitions. - Leave the premises clean and ready for use.
