Find an experienced flooring expert in West Leederville

Looking for help installing a timber deck at the front of our house with stairs on one end going up to a verandah. Bottom area is 3.3 x 6m and the stairs would be 2.4m wide going up 60cm from the height of the deck to the verandah. The white capped wall in the photo has been knocked through and is where the stairs would go to. The gap for the top step/landing board is 2.1m. The paving that is there can be removed beforehand

There was some minor water damage to an area on a skirting board which probably needs replacing

I need roughly 25 m2 of hybrid floor board installed in a 4.5m by 4.1m room and 3.8m by 1m adjoining hallway. Old carpet to be removed and disposed. Floor boards to arrive next Wednesday the 3rd of December.

Manually scrape 17 square meters of flooring to remove the tile adhesive. The tiles have been removed. Get as much done in 3 hours as possible, so task is for 3 hours labour. 200mm long handle scraper supplied.
