The automatic sliding gate at my property keeps jamming up intermittently. I've been regularly cleaning the tracks and lubricating the wheels underneath, but the issue keeps returning. I need a professional to inspect and repair the gate to ensure it opens and closes smoothly without getting stuck. Please check for possible mechanical faults, alignment issues, worn parts, or electrical problems that might be causing the recurring jams. Looking for a long-term fix rather than a temporary workaround.

A locksmith to please do the following: 1. Make a key to a backdoor of our house, including a couple of copies (I can provide photos if necessary but it appears to be a normal lock). We do not have an original. 2. Make two separate keys which allow the manual override of an automatic gate. One is a regular key, the other a triangle-shaped key (please see photos). The front gates of our driveway are not closing properly. One does not close as it should and so it is sticking out into the driveway. When it does close it closes before not after the other gate and so I need to use the manual override to get the gates open.

The head of the dynabolt holding a gate hinge to wall has broken. The hinge is now loose. You’ll need to allow for : - removing the large gate including the motors swing arm - replacing the lower hinge (or just the bolt) - remounting the gate and making sure the gate swings correctly to work with the gate motor (no problem with the motors operating the gate previously). It may be possible to reuse the lower hinge, but it could be difficult digging out the old bolt and then securing a new bolt in that same place in a secure way. I’ll leave that up to you. Please explain how you intend to do the repair with your quote.

We want to install a remote operated automatic gate at the front of our house. Ideally Bifold gate with motor attaached to the door so it doesn't take extra space. Or a sliding door. If it can curve into a back wall, would be best. If not, open on a hinge. Since its a small driveway, i would hope you can do this without taking too much space from the driveway. You would be expected to supply and install the gate. Build the side fence to accompany the gate for the entire entrance is blocked. Note: Electric connection not available so needs to be brought from the house (approx 20 ft).

Outdoor timber gate has detached on one point from its frame thus cannot currently be moved, need it fixed so the gate can be used again.

I will assist. Need some one who have done this before. I installed the wooden poles and the gates myself from an old set of gates. Left side of the gate tilted and gate cannot close properly. Hinges need to be adjusted so the gate can close properly. It is just hitting the top of the other gate by 2-3 cm. Will need to chisel,saw the pole, chisel the hinge slot,adjust, rehang. Just make the gates close easily.

I need a secure fence with gate to keep my cat in the yard, so it has to be reasonably high - at least 2M. The 3 photos show the area from the rear patio RH side to the colorbond fence. This is the area to be fenced, about 3 metres. The fence needs a gate to allow me and mower, wheelbarrow etc access to the front yard. Functional is fine, nothing fancy.
