Gate motor mechanism is installed along with batteries and solar panel. The fobs work on the 2nd click at the moment which makes me think they're not properly programed. The keypad seems to connect with the battery unit but there also seems to be 2 different chanels to program so when the pin is entered it doesn't operate the gate (may be a similar issue to that of the fobs). I have the manual and have had a few goes but can't get the keypad to opperate the unit at all.

The current outdoor gate, which is reasonably heavy, is not closing properly and hitting the post. I think the most expedient solution is to have the hinges sunk in a bit. This will involve taking the gate down, chiseling out for the hinges and rehanging, ensuring that the latch on the lock side correctly meets when it is closed.
