BFT Deimos Ultra BT A400 gate motor like the photo got invasion from ants. it is still working, but the soil inside of the small red door stopped it from opening by the key. Got the same issue 2 years ago. Someone uninstalled the motor from the ground and approached small chamber from bottom side to get it cleared up.
