Find a professional gate installation in WA

The front lock got jammed and was removed will need a new installation and supply done for front and back matching

My house has already got a fence and gate installed by developer's contractor. I need to install retrofit plinths under 28mtr long fence sheets on side that means remove existing fence panels, install plinths and reinstate fence panels. Plus the 2mtr side access has got 980mm wide return panel (including post) and 930mm wide gate. I want that fixed return panel to remove and install another side gate in-lieu so that I can have two gates opening inside on 2mtr side setback. Please quote me for supply and install for above. Property address is in Hilbert WA 6112 and colorbond color is Evening Haze.

Will be picking up a slat gate kit that will need to be installed on Monday. 100cm wide and roughly 190cm tall. Posts will be drilled into the wall (right) and the metal post (left). Gate is being custom made to accommodate the space.

Do you have the handyman skills to replace and fit a timber side gate? This is for my 81-year-old mother, so there won’t be funds for aluminium or colourbond, or anything custom-made from a fencing company, sorry. The goal is to buy a 900mm gate from Bunnings, and make it fit to a ~1100mm gap. The existing wooden brace against the brown face-brick wall, seems to be in great condition, so let’s keep that. The existing holes in the Hardi fence can also be reused. We will line the replacement bolt-lock up with those. This gate is to remain permanently shut and locked, no one will be walking through it, so it doesn’t need spring-closing or keylock. Just a barrel bolt, something similar to what is already showing in the photos. The job will also include taking away the old fence, supplying any brackets, braces, bolts. I’m expecting it to be a half-day job. I’m hoping it won’t need a support post on the side with the Hardi fence. The existing fence is 50 years old.

Fix the rusted bottom frame of the gate and replace the pole that is rusted out at the bottom

Door handle on the front gate has seen better days. Latch is stuck inside the unit, the screws on the handle are rusted.
