Gate is fixed to house with brackets, one of which is quite close to conduit. Side panel has spigots concreted into a narrow flower bed close to a retic pipe. Ideally the concrete will be dug out and removed with the spigots. If this isn't possible without damaging the retic the spigots can be cut below ground level so the upper parts of them can be removed as long as the parts remaining in the ground are made safe (ie, not sharp). Access is via a side gate (app 1 m wide) on the other side of the house or via a narrow walkway and through the rear garage door.

I’m looking for someone to repair and reattach an existing timber gate. The gate and gate posts are already in place, but the existing hinges and latch need replacing. Remove old panel of fence 2.5m wide, 2 x metal poles -remove with angle grinder. 5.3 metre wide space at back of garage, to include 1 x aluminium pool gate 1.8m high, self closing gate with key lock to both sides. Put in 4 stand up poles to attach gate and frame. Construct frame top and lower levels to attach ekodeck batten screen panel 219x26mmx3.6m, onto frame. And a section onto the gate to match. Then repeat this process for a gate 1.5m wide, to cover path, this is at back side corner of home, 4 stand up poles, make frame and attach ekodeck to frame. ASAP

The pool gate needs to shut automatically. At the moment it remains open.

One hinge on a metal gate needs fixing back into brick wall. Needs someone with ability to drill into brick to attach gate hinge.

Fix the wobbling side gate fence. The colour bond fence next to the side entry gate is wobbly because the pole base is rusted. Please just fix it using cement mortar or any other method without needing to replace the entire side fence

The metal frame of a colour bond gate needs repair. Likely need to be welded. Gate does not close/latch properly. In the winds last night the gate has come open a ripped off the already loose latch on the bottom of the gate. As the top latch also does not reach at all and need to be fixed. The quote here is notional and extra costs can be added later.
