Need 2 x gates (doors) fixed at our house. Both are outside gates. See images 1 x timber frame on one side has rotted out next to block work. Need replaced- preferably with aluminium. 1 x solid black panel gate- because house has subsided, no longer latches onto side. Need a wider piece of metal to make up distance caused by subsidence. Gates/ latches/ handles etc are fine.

My gate hinges are rusty, in fact on one hinge a bolt has come snapped. They need to be replaced. Here's a picture of the gate and hinges.

The old gates were removed for backyard access. Need to install a gate. Materail can be colorbond or timber. Options: 1) in old location, using the old post on the wall, install a new post for the gate (can be steel). The original fence footting hole is 10x7 cm if it can be reused. not sure if old stell gate frame is worth to be reused with stuck hinge. The width is 2.1 meter, gate can be 1.1 meter. it can be change. 2) new location of the gate. The passage width is 2.5 meters. can be a double gates or single small gate about 1 meter.

I have 3 outdoor gates that all use sliding pad bolts to close/lock. The gates have moved over time and the bolts no longer lineup properly to close (at least without applying force). Two of the bolts are fixed to a steel frame, the other is directly in the timber door. The bolts all slide into concrete posts (see photos). Not sure if the bolts themselves just need to be moved slightly to line up with the hole again or if we need whole new pad bolts put on. I don’t have the correct tools to do myself. Will pay for any materials needed.
