Hi there, We have just rendered and painted our external wall and had to remove our garden gate in the process. We have restored the gate and now want to reinstall. The brackets are very old so we may need to buy new hardware and a lockable latch. We are away and have Airbnb guests coming Sunday. We would love for you to go and look at the gate to see what hardware is needed, then go to Bunnings to purchase, the come back to install. We will of course pay for the required hardware. Would love for you to install tomorrow :-)

I have 3 gates that have been removed at my rental property that I have just moved in to. One is a steel gate and the other two are glass gates. The gates are in perfect condition and as far as I can tell must have been removed because of issues with the hinges. I assume the gates, just need new hinges and bolts/catches fitting and rehanging. This isn't a big job but I am looking for a handyman/ maintenance man and I am currently compiling a list of several other jobs that need doing which I would be happy to consider you for if you do a good job with this at a reasonable price. I estimate it could be up to a full days work for somebody for the other work.

Hi there, We have an existing automatic swing gate with a working motor and a frame that’s still in good condition. However, the timber panels have rotted and need to be replaced. We’re looking to replace the timber panels with either new timber, a timber-look material, or any other durable option that can be painted. The final finish should be white, so we’d also need the replacement panels and the existing frame painted to match. To keep costs down, we’d like to retain the current gate frame but at least one of the hinges would need replacement. A pool gate needs to be converted to a fence panel. This needs to be done so that it is just fixed to existing posts on either side. This is likely to require modifying pool fence brackets to hold the gate panel in place. Any other experienced solutions will be welcome.

Hi, I have 3 baby gates that need to be installed. I have already purchased the baby gates but they need installing properly to the sides of my new home so my dogs don’t get out. This job requires someone confident in installing and securing them properly and will require you to pop to Bunnings (a few mins away) to get the right tools (wood to drill into and maybe the extenders). Of course any extras will be paid for. I need them installed properly so my dogs do not escape as we are on a main road. If say you will need a drill as well.
