Wanting to do a full garden makeover. Lots of work to do. Paving new pathway, creating a herb garden, retaining wall, tree removal, laying weed mat over entire area, mulch and landscape. Preference for a landscaper/builder as we have some building things eg. Retaining wall.

Looking for an experienced landscaper/paver/handyman to remove an old narrow concrete path along the side of our house and extend the existing paved area across to the house. Scope of work: * Remove/jackhammer the existing strip of thin concrete running alongside the house (see photos). * Remove and dispose of all broken concrete/rubble. * Prepare and level the area appropriately for paving, including any required base/bedding material. * Extend the existing pavers across to the side of the house, matching the existing paving pattern and levels as closely as possible. * Ensure the paving has a neat, professional finish where it meets the side of the house. Care will need to be taken when removing the concrete so the wall/render is not damaged. * Reset/re-level approximately 2-3 existing pavers at the far end of the paved area which have become slightly loose/uneven. * Leave the area clean and tidy on completion. I will supply the matching pavers. Tasker to provide all tools/equipment required for the job (jackhammer, cutting equipment, etc.) and any other materials required for preparing and laying the pavers. Photos: 1. Install new Limestone pavers (600x400x30, to be provided). 30 square metres. Road base and sand already there, will need some old sand removing and new dry sand and cement on top. Quote to include sand and cement materials. Once laid, will need sealing prior to grouting. Grouting will be wet-mix cement type. Sealer and Grout to be provided. I will try and get the old pavers given away and removed first, but if no takers, they will need removing and disposing of for additional fee.

Approx 39 m2 area to be paved properly as 3T caravan will be resting on top. Give me your quotes including materials.

Level this section near the pool box to create a flat area with stepping stone pavers and mulch and fill the area below to make it more presentable. I can source pavers and mulch/fill. Also remove 2 pieces of wood sticking out of ground. Preferred design idea in final image.
