Was cleaning my Vertical blinds & after cleaning them I could not completely shut them and on one of the single blinds the clip that it hangs off snapped and now that blind is off. I need the blind pulley fixed so that the blinds shut again and the broken clip replaced so individual blind can go up again.

1. Dissassemble single cast iron. This involves detaching bedhead and bed end from the fixed slat frame. No other dissemble required. 2. Undo sides of IKEA bed. I had already dissembled most of it (as per pic) but just couldn’t undo the fixture which unlocks the side rails from the head/end. Should be 5’min job. No other requirement. 3. Disconnect the washing mashine hose from the tap on the wall . This is the only requirement on this. No moving required. I do believe that these task can be done within an hour. Easy parking outside. Timing: I can be home now til around 12 noon, or after 5pm.

Need to replace 2 ceiling fans. The new ones are exactly the same as those being replaced. Simple task of removing pin holding the fan to the support bracket, disconnect two power leads and reattach new. I am 71 years old and do not trust ladders like I used to
