Builder to repair skylight Our skylight show rusted spots on the exterior. We will need someone to remove the rust and make sure it is water tight and repair where needed. We understand that the rust will need to be treated prior, so you should come from the local area. If you can inspect and treat the rust on the 23rd of April and carry out the repairs on 24th of April. Thanks for looking

Fix sliding shower door The piece along the bottom of the shower door has fallen off and the shower no longer slides. Given the age, it probably makes sense to replace the rollers on the top as well as the metal connection at the bottom of the two movable glass panes.

Regrout Shower The grouting along the drain seems to be breaking up. I imagine it makes sense to regrout the entire shower floor while the job is being done so that the grout is all the same colour. The job includes resiliconing the gap under the shower door and well as silicone the gap between the two walls - this needs to be done in the shower as well as two other walls in the bathroom

Glass is cracked as in picture. Need it repaired or replaced before we move out of our rental house. I think the railing can be removed but not sure.

Moving out of rental and need to repair a few chips on the walls (pictured). Also one cupboard door has a small hole in it that also needs to be fixed (also pictured). Need this done before the 14th.
