I have two garden sheds, approximately 2m x 1.3m. They're sitting on the side of the house. I need the sheds and their contents temporarily moved in to the backyard - 20m away I've attached photos of the sheds, their contents and one photo of how the metal shed is attached to the ground (needs to be disconnected before move).

Fix 16mm furring channels to rendered brick party wall with resilient clips, place 25mm mineral wool insulation, finish with 2 layers of 13mm Soundchek. Size of lift means some butt joints are necessary. Remove skirting and cornice and replace. Wall 5100 x 2.6 no openings. Owner can supply all materials and place adjacent. The wall abutts a retun wall where it wii termnate and built wardrobe at the other where it will terminate against an aluminium stop. The is a complex bedhead about 650 from the wall and it is attached to a bedframe and neither can be removed so limited access for half the length. Floor will be totally covered with plastic and ramboard. Aircon unit removed by others. All material will be within 20 metres level access

I’m looking for someone to supply and install a door for our laundry room. The current door frame height is too low, so the job will require modifying the frame to allow for a taller door. Scope of work: • Remove the top frame section • Remove the first row of bricks above the frame • Increase the height of the door opening • Supply and install a new door and frame

We need a. Ceiling fan in a laundry replaced. It is hard wired and connected to the light switch, so an electrician would be preffered. New ceiling fan has been purchased and is onsite.

Tradesman needed for a few odd jobs. Bbq door doesn’t shut properly. Remove locks from bedroom built in wardrobe doors. Hang picture bk on wall, nail is loose. Bathroom door needs to shut, Closes too loudly. Handle on doors need tightening.

Concrete render - tiny patch job

Hi, There are three jobs: 1. remove sink which is cracked (picture with silver tap) and replace it with the version I have purchased (see pic 2). Reseal 2. Fix pool gate. On the top bracket, the screws aren't holding in the brick wall anymore. 3. Leaking tap (picture with gold tap). Change washers

One of the legs of our dining room chair is broken. A previous attempt to fix it using glue didn't hold up and eventually split again at the same point. I need someone experienced that can repair this properly so it won't break again. If the solution to repair and strengthen the joint causes minor cosmetic differences that is OK. I am flexible with the timing of the repair.

I have the curtain rods, but will need you to buy the appropriate fly screen (ideally screwed in and not removable from the outside - if within budget-).
