Scope of work: * Carefully cut through the false/plasterboard ceiling to access the concrete slab. * Supply and install a suitably rated load-bearing anchor suitable for a hanging chair and occupant. * Check for reinforcement, cables etc before drilling. * Patch and restore the false ceiling for a neat finish. The bottom of one set of drawers has fallen out and needs repairing. Another set of drawers has jammed because of a folder blocking it from being opened. Both drawers are on a set of runners and cannot be removed easily (at least by me) and may need carpentry expertise.
