Looking for an experienced handyman to repair 5 small holes in the walls of our rental property in Rose Bay. The holes were professionally drilled to hang picture frames and need to be patched, sanded, and painted so the walls are returned to a good condition for our end of lease inspection. Scope of work: • Fill and repair 5 small wall holes • Sand and smooth the repaired areas • Touch up paint to match the existing wall colour (if possible) • Leave the area clean and ready for inspection Location: Rose Bay, NSW Ideally looking for someone with experience in end of lease wall repairs who can complete the job this week.

Our sliding door frame appears worn and would like replaced with new track and rollers The wall is brick/hard surface i believe so unable to do ourselves

There are two veneitan blinds in a one bedroom flat that need replacing over the weekend or on Monday or Tuesday. Remove 2 x older venetians and install these new shown in the photo. Must have done this before and have own tools. It's been measured to go into the existing clips but we want to unscrew the old and replace with the new clips.

Replace two door hinges (old style inside metal sheet) and install door on new hinges.

Bolts has fallen out of custom made steel folding doors - need handy man with experience of folding doors to insert bolts and align door frames. Additional info: 2x 4 panel folding steel doors. Old toilet seat screws won’t come out and need them out then need the new one put in

Stegbar window was installed 17 years ago. Three out of four screws on the window winder have rusted and we are unable to undo them. We have the replacement window winder.
