It is on my roof and could possibly be accessed from the balcony it is a 3 story apartment building but I cannot get it myself.

Each of six doors need shortening to accommodate a new carpet. Each door to be taken off its hinges and shortened at the base by 20mm then refitted to the existing hinges. This work can be carried out on the balcony (see image) or taken down to the basement in the lift and the work be completed there. The two doors to the linen closet are a polyurethane finish, all others are stained or painted and will be repainted after this work has been completed.

My fly screen needs a new wiring screen on the front due to wear and tear. Need someone to come and put fresh netting/screen in. Front main window 1 side.
