The wooden privacy screen is about the level of a second story home. Task, to secure the battens that have come loose on the top, as per picture. It needs the use of high ladders and probably nail gun to secure the one loose batten as per picture. Also, any others that need securing once up there. It is near a pool area.

Gap behind kitchen sink needs resealing and mould inspection. The silicone seal between my Caesarstone benchtop and the wall behind the kitchen sink has gradually failed over the past year, leaving a gap of approximately 2-3mm. On close inspection the gap appears mouldy inside. The job requires: • Removal of all old silicone • Inspection of the gap for mould and assessment of substrate condition (possible water damage to board underneath) • Treatment of any mould found • Fresh neutral-cure silicone reseal Please only quote if you have experience with Caesarstone or stone benchtops and kitchen silicone work.

I need this chin up bar attached to my son's bedroom wall. The wall I think is made of brick or concrete because I have tried to screw screws into it before, to put up shelves, but my electric drill wasn't able to cut through whatever is behind the gyprock. As you can see in the photos I have made a few holes! They are below where the Chin bar will go though. The job is in North Bondi and any time between 10 am and 6 pm will work.
